Demags Production specializes in ID card printing, plastic / PVC card design, card printing machines, membership card system and implementation, access card system, card cartridge / ribbon, blank plastic / PVC card and other raw material supplies for card printing machine related accessories.
We have established our own printing facilities with reliable and high performance heat transfer printing machines imported from Germany to cater for high quality card printing requirements.
Our operation hub is located approximately 15 minutes drive away from Penang International Airport with easy access to various logistic hubs namely Fed-Ex, DHL, UPS, etc.
Over the years, Demags Production has developed a flow of systematic printing facilities with its high precision printing machines and equipments. The medium scale operation set-up mainly supports customers’ orders from small to large scale of production which includes:
a. Employee / student ID cards, membership cards, proximity cards, magnetic stripe cards, HID cards,
MIFARE cards, contactless smart cards and other PVC card requirements.
b. Button badges in various sizes and shapes; 32mm, 44mm, 56mm or other size requirements.
c. Acrylic promotional items: key chains, luggage tags, coasters, photo frames, card holders, etc.
d. Heat transfer series comprising customized printed mugs, multi-colour artwork for non woven bags,
T-shirts, caps, etc.
